Mount Edgcumbe is one of the few Grade 1 historic gardens in the country. Situated within 865 acres of parkland Mount Edgcumbe has been famous for its landscape and gardens since the 18th Century.

National Trust property Cotehele is a Tudor house located in the parish of Calstock on the banks of the River Tamar. The Cotehele Estate is made up of miles of footpaths, woodland walks and there is also a working watermill.
